Common questions

Will I lose ownership of my home?

No. With a reverse mortgage you keep the title to your home. You remain responsible for property taxes, insurance, and basic upkeep, and you can stay in the home as your primary residence.

What's the minimum age to qualify?

The federally-insured HECM program generally requires the youngest borrower to be at least 62. Some proprietary "jumbo" reverse mortgages start at 55 in select states.

Is there any obligation when I submit?

None. Submitting your information requests a free info kit and an optional callback from a licensed specialist. You're never under any obligation to proceed.

What happens to my information?

Your data is transmitted over an encrypted connection and shared only with our reverse-mortgage specialist network for the purpose of responding to your inquiry. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
